An up and coming business woman, Saretha was in the heart of the business district when things went down on March 9th, 2014. She witnessed the Wise Snake and received a normal Tier 2 echo from it, prompting her numbers, and the emergence of two things: One is Satsuki's sword, Bakuzan. The other is a portion of Satsuki's fighting skill.
As Satsuki's skill with a sword is immense, bordering on super human, Saretha's skill rises to her now being just beyond the skill of your average swordsman. Quite exceptional and fearsome, but not yet to the level of sheer absolute dominance and over the top power that Satsuki could display even without donning Junketsu.
